



| 1. Make a Reservation |
| You may fax, email, or mail the following information to our travel consultant at the time of
booking. a) Sailing Dates: From (port) / To (port). Indicate optional pre-night accommodation requirements, if any. b) Passenger names & nationalities; Total passengers and Cabin Types; Sharing arrangements. Our consultant will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. |
| 2. Deposits and Payments |
| a) A non-refundable deposit of $100 USD is due within 10 days of confirmation, but not less than 31 days prior to the cruise. b) Full Payment with all passenger details must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure. c) Booking within 31 days of departure must include full payment and passenger details. This payment is fully refundable if we are unable to confirm. |
| 3. Cancellations |
| If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, you must advise us in writing. The following cancellation fees (including options) will apply: *More than 31 days before departure: US$ 100 per person *31 Days to 16 days before departure: 20% of cruise price *15 Days to 8 days before departure: 50% of cruise price *7 Days of less before departure: 100% of cruise price If for some uncontrollable reason, the sailing you reserved is canceled by the cruise shipcompany, Enjoy cruise will make every effort to reserve another ship for you, and refund or charge accordingly. |
| 4. Taxes and Gratuities |
| It is customary to give cruise gratuities, subject to your satisfaction with services rendered. Gratuities for guides, drivers, porters and ship crew are not included in the cruise fare. |
| 5. Boarding |
| All passengers must be aboard no later than 60 minutes before the scheduled sailing time. It is the passenger’s responsibility to arrive on time. Enjoy cruise shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by any passenger who fails, for any reason, to be on board the ship at the time of departure from the port of embarkation, or any port of call, and shall not be responsible for lodging, meals, transportation or other expenses incurred by the passenger. |
| 6. Refunds for Missing Days |
| Refunds will not be made to any cruise passengers who leave the cruise prematurely for any reason. |
